All Australian orders are shipped from Sydney via Australia Post.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods such as Christmas. If you require your order for a wedding, formal, event, or special occasion, we recommend selecting Express Shipping to help avoid potential delays.

Most Express Post parcels arrive within 1–3 business days, however some regional areas may take up to 5 business days.
All express orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post from Sydney.
For time-sensitive purchases or upcoming events, Express Shipping is recommended.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard.

If a parcel is rejected due to unpaid customs charges, we cannot accept the parcel back for a refund, as these charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping details. If an incorrect address is supplied and the order is delivered to that address, Sylvia Spirit cannot offer a refund or replacement.
